This inquiry system updates the database from time to time (timely updates cannot be guaranteed). If the system sometimes displays that the serial number you are querying is invalid, this is normal.
If no results are found, please contact the administrator as soon as possible to report the situation, and include the product serial number printed on your product.
How to check the last database update time?
The last database update time is displayed on the query page, using Zulu Time (i.e., UTC+0). If you need to convert the time zone, simply use the “add for East, subtract for West” rule.
Example: Beijing Time (BJT) is UTC+8 (East 8th time zone), so you can directly add 8 hours to the Zulu Time to get Beijing Time.
The serial number collection scope of this inquiry system only covers products sold externally. Products for the manufacturer’s own use, development, or internal testing are not included in the collection scope.
