3. Shipping and Delivery

1. We default to the most cost-effective delivery method. Customers may request alternative shipping methods but may incur additional fees (shipping costs are not waived).
2. Customers in the same city may opt for in-person delivery (no shipping fee). Payment can be made via cash, locally accepted payment methods, or exchanged for goods of equivalent value.
3. Generally, pre-orders are not supported for MoHa-Radio products. If the manufacturer independently opens a pre-order channel, please strictly adhere to delivery deadlines. The manufacturer assumes full responsibility for any disputes arising from violations.

4. Warranty and After-Sales Service

1. All MoHa-Radio products undergo quality control testing before shipment to ensure low defect rates. If defects are found within 30 days of purchase, customers may contact the manufacturer for free repairs (customers bear outbound shipping costs; return shipping is covered by the manufacturer).
2. For issues discovered after 30 days, repair costs and round-trip shipping fees will be borne by the customer (exceptions may apply under special circumstances).
3. Customers may trade in old models when purchasing new ones. Trade-in values are determined by factors including but not limited to original price, appearance, and working condition. Non-functional units will be treated as recycled products, with trade-in values based on salvageable components.
4. Unauthorized modifications to the MoHa-Radio will void the warranty. The manufacturer (and the Institute) shall not be held liable for any adverse social impacts caused by such modifications in your country/region.
5. Returns or refunds due to currency exchange rate fluctuations in your country/region are not accepted.
6. Damage caused by natural disasters, human error, or force majeure events is not eligible for returns or refunds.
7. To claim warranty or after-sales service, proof of original ownership (purchaser) and intact, unaltered serial number stickers are required. Applications will be rejected otherwise.

5. Notice

1. Purchasing this product indicates that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Before purchasing, comply with local laws, regulations, and public transport company rules. The manufacturer (and the Institute) shall not be liable for consequences arising from legal violations.
3. Posting false information about the manufacturer (or the Institute) online, causing severe reputational damage, will result in termination of warranty and after-sales services.
4. MoHa-Radio units may be loaned to others freely. Violations of this condition will be treated as unauthorized resale, voiding warranty and after-sales eligibility. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for consequences of resold products.
5. MoHa-Radio products can record electromagnetic signals. After purchase, strictly avoid recording private or classified signals. Users bear all consequences.
6. The manufacturer (and the Institute) reserves the final right to interpret these Terms. Revisions may occur without prior notice, with the latest simplified Chinese version being authoritative.
